Amazing MR Hanger Steak + Peach-Avocado Salsa

Ingredients:

1 to 2 pounds Mariposa Ranch Hanger Steaks

1/3 Cup Coconut Aminos
-
1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
-
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
-
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
-
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
-
1 Tbsp. Dried Basil
-
1 tsp. Black Pepper
-
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
-
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
Method:
-
Mix all ingredients together. Place Steaks in a zip-lock bag and add marinade.

Place in fridge for 4 hours.
To Cook:
-
Preheat grill to high heat.

Remove steaks from the fridge, allow them to come to room temperature.

Blot marinade with paper towels from steaks.

Grill. Meat is done [125-130 degrees]. Allow steaks to rest 5 minutes.

Slice and serve with salsa.
Peach-Avocado Salsa:
-
1/2 small Red Onion, minced
-
Juice of Lime
-
1 Peach, peeled and chopped
-
Handful of fresh Cilantro, chopped
-
1 Avocado, chopped
-
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
-
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
-
Place the red onion and lime juice in the bottom of a bowl. Add peaches, cilantro, avocado, salt & pepper.
- Toss gently, allow flavors to meld.
