Shipping policy

Order fulfillment is based on product availability. Most orders will be delivered 5-7 days after payment is received. When your order is shipped, we'll send a confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout. Please add service@mariposaranch.com to your email safe sender, white list, or address book to help ensure our messages reach your inbox.

Most orders in CA, AZ, and NV are sent out via an overnight courier, others are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders are packed in cooler boxes with frozen gel packs to help maintain a safe temperature during shipment.

Meat can stay frozen in these containers for 24-48 hours or more. So don’t worry if you are not home for delivery; however, you should plan to remove the meats from the package and store them appropriately as soon as possible, especially when outdoor temperatures are high.

Delivery Restrictions

At this time, we can reliably deliver to the following states in the US: California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, and Arizona. Outside of that region, we'll assess if we can safely and reliably ship to your location when we review your order.
