The best flat iron steak ever. We have been ordering from Mariposa Ranch for a few years now. Yes, it costs more than grocery store meat, but the quality and taste of all their cuts are incredible!! If you are looking for high quality beef, look no further!!

The best London broil!! Cooked it in apple cider with chopped onions and carrots some spices for 8 hours using the slow cooker. The beef is superior to anything I've ever purchased at a grocery store. 10/10 would buy again!!

we rotate pastures so we can sell beef all year. every two weeks we sort out finished cattle for harvest.
#2 - beef is cut by our butcher partners
we cut it fresh and blast freeze to preserve the flavor and tenderness.
#3 - we ship all over
