Cube Steak is the working man's everyday steak. I like them for breakfast with some avocado and queso fresco. We make our Cube Steaks from high-quality Top Round. They're sliced thin and then mechanically tenderized. These steaks are GREAT for a Chicken Fried Steak or a simple pan-fried steak with grilled onions. Simply flavor with salt and pepper, or add some Worcestershire sauce to take it up a notch.
