Grass Fed, Grass Finished Beef Cube Steak (12oz)

Cube Steak is the working man's everyday steak.  I like them for breakfast with some avocado a queso fresco.  We make our Cube-steaks from high-quality Top Round. They sliced thin and then are mechanically tenderized. These steaks are GREAT for a Chicken Fried Steak or a simple pan-fried steak with grilled onions. Simply flavor with salt and pepper, or add some Worcestershire sauce to take it up a notch.
