Mariposa Ranch 1/4 Beef (110 lbs. Grass Fed Beef)

Most people don't ask for offal, but you aren't most people.  Organ meats like, liver, heart and kidney are essential for good nutrition!  The Quarter Cow plus Offal is a great way to get the full nose to tail and save because you bought in bulk!  You will need 4.5 to 5.5 cubic feet of freezer space to store all of it.

we rotate pastures so we can sell beef all year. every two weeks we sort out finished cattle for harvest.
