This Bone In Rib Steak is cut thicker with the bone intact. That gives it an earthy flavor with a juicy texture. Great on the grill. It is cut in various sizes and weights and can feed 2-3 people easily. If you want to impress people, serving a Cowboy Steak is a really good way to do it.

Easy to order, quick respone of my order, great customer service and delivery! Then that steak! OMG best one we have ever had. Lots of great marbling, beautiful color, then cooking was easy. Grilled and pan seared with a compound butter. Tender, juicey and that taste was unbelievable! Thank you so much for a great meal for our Anniversary!
It tasted great and not too much fat in cut.
The cowboy ribeye was very good and it fed three people. I'm not a big fan of ribeye and it took a bit to cook it but the meat had a great texture and was worth the effort
