The Picanha (pronounced “pee-kahn-yah”) is the star of Brazilian BBQ! The Picanha is the cap off the sirloin and is tender and flavorful. While it is often served on a skewer or sword in the finest Brazilian steak houses, it can be grilled, roasted, or slow-cooked. It is becoming a fast favorite among our customers and friends.
