The Ribeye is not my favorite cut. They tend to be to fatty for my taste. My favorites are Filet Mignon and Top Sirloin. So given that I don't usually enjoy a Ribeye as much. However I did give your meat a high mark as the quality and flavor is very good. Your Filet Mignon will get 5 Stars from me !

Its really good, just right for our family. The steaks we purchased were well marbled, Tender & some of the very best meat we have ever eaten. I will purchase more when we finish are last purchase. Packaging is also done very well also. Shipments always arrive frozen solid. Its so cold I must wear good gloves to place the meat in the upright freezer. Its an easy process to order meat also. Everything has been great.
