This is the roast version of a New York Steak. Great for slow roasting in the oven or cooking in a smoker. Fancy enough for special occasions yet simple enough for a family meal. This roast is cut from the same muscle as a Prime Rib and it does not disappoint.  It is tender and flavorful, whether you roast it or cook it in a smoker. The Manhattan is best served sliced thin.
