Our "Medium Pack" represents 1/10th of a whole beef.  Your box of meat will contain the varieties of cuts we get from a whole beef.

If you've been thinking about buying “a Whole Cow” but don’t have a ton of space, this is a good option for you!  Every pack is a little different but we make sure you get a good variety of what we make from a "Whole Cow"
