Grass Fed, Grass Finished Rump Roast (2.5 Lbs)

POT ROAST! Made from bottom round and trimmed to 2 and a half pounds this is a great piece of meat for traditional roast beef.  Just dry rub with your favorite spices or it can be brined, then roasted.  Make it for dinner or roast it, let it cool and slice it thin for home-made sandwich cold cuts.  Its a good way to cut out processed lunch meat!
