Medium Pack Beef Box

Our "Medium Pack" represents 1/10th of a whole beef.  Your box of meat will contain the varieties of cuts we get from a whole beef.

If you've been thinking about buying “a whole cow” but don’t have a ton of space, this is the package for you!  This works out to $14.05 per pound!

You'll receive:

• 20 lbs. 80% lean ground beef in 1 pound packages
• 10 lbs. various individually wrapped steaks
• 10 lbs. various individually packed roasts
